Appetizing solyanochka with mushrooms - recipe for a simple and delicious result.

Recipe with mushrooms Soljanka

Ingredients:

Mushroom - 200 g
Beef - 300 g
Sausage (smoked) - 200 g
Ham - 200 g
Onions - 2 pcs
Cucumber - 2 pieces
Black olives (pitted) - 150 g
Tomato - 2 pcs
Tomato paste - 2 tbsp. l.
Salt - to taste
Spices - to taste
Lemon - 1 pc
Water (3-3.5 liters)

Cooking method:

Sausage and ham cut into strips, mushrooms (better, of course, take the forest will be a completely different flavor, but you can and mushrooms), cut into slices.
With tomato peel.

Boil in salted water, beef broth, remove the meat cut into small pieces and return back into the pan.

Cucumbers and tomatoes cut into cubes. Bow crushed in any way.

Fry the onions until golden brown.

In the boiling broth omit the mushrooms, add spices and cook on low heat until cooked mushrooms.

Transfer to a pot of soup zazharku, add olives or olives, bring to a boil, then over low heat for about 5 minutes, remove from heat and let infusions-bag under the hood about half an hour.

Serve with sour cream hodgepodge.
