Ingredients:
2.5 kg of cabbage
700 gr. carrots
4 cloves of garlic
100 ml of vegetable oil
100 ml of 9% vinegar
1 L of water
12 pcs. black peppercorns
70 g. salt
100 gr. Sahara
5 pieces. carnations
4 bay leaves
Preparation:
1. Cabbage chop thin strips by means of a special knife or trowel-shredding.
2. Carrot Wash, peel with a knife and grate.
3. Garlic cloves to clean from the husk and cut into strips.
4. Directly on the table to mix the cabbage with carrots and garlic. Grind or crush is not necessary!
5. Place the mixture of vegetables in a 5 L pot or bucket. Hands slightly trample.
6. Boil water marinade. Pour into it vinegar and vegetable oil butter.
Add salt, sugar, bay leaf, peppercorns and cloves.
7. Marinade boil, remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
8. Pour the cabbage in a pan with the marinade. Stir do not need!
9. Put a plate on top and oppression, can be a jar with water.
10. Leave cabbage infused for 10 hours at room temperature.
Then, shift cabbage together with the marinade in a 3-liter jar and remove the refrigerator further 12 hours.
