  • 300 g flour;
  • 200 ml of kefir;
  • 1 egg;
  • 3-4 tbsp butter;
  • 1/3 tsp each soda and salt;
  • vegetable oil.

Recipe:

  1. Mix kefir with soda, leave to infuse for 5-10 minutes.
  2. Beat eggs with salt, add to kefir.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a small saucepan (about 100 ml will be needed), spread the dough with a dessert spoon.
  4. Fry the crumpets on both sides, after cooking, put in a deep container. To remove excess fat, place a paper towel in the bowl to absorb the oil.

Delicious chocolate muffins

Muffins cooked with kefir will turn out tender and very airy. Moreover, they are prepared very quickly - only half an hour and a wonderful dessert is ready.

Ingredients:

  • 100 ml of kefir;
  • 200 g flour;
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder;
  • 1 egg;
  • sugar to taste;
  • soda and vanillin on the tip of a knife.

Preparation:

  1. Beat eggs with sugar until frothy, pour kefir into the mass.
  2. Beat for a few more minutes to completely dissolve the sugar.

  4. We combine all the ingredients - the consistency of the dough should be like for pancakes.
  5. We fill the molds with dough, filling them in half.
  6. We bake for 20 minutes at a temperature of +160 degrees.

To prepare it you need:

  • 2 eggs;
  • 200 g flour;
  • 200 ml of kefir;
  • 1 tsp each soda and salt;
  • potatoes, meat, spices and other fillings to taste.

The preparation is very simple:

  1. Mix 100 ml of kefir, eggs, add soda, salt, flour, mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
  2. Add kefir, mix again. The dough should resemble thick sour cream.
  3. Grease a skillet with oil, layering onions, potatoes, pieces of meat, mushrooms or other ingredients.
  4. Pour the dough on top and cook in the oven for 20-30 minutes.

Casserole with pumpkin and semolina: tasty and healthy

Enough vitamin dessert. It contains not only vitamins of groups A, B and E, but also potassium, magnesium and a number of other minerals.

For cooking you will need:

0.5 kg of pumpkin;

200 g semolina;

100 ml of kefir;

100 g of sugar;

1 egg;

1 tsp baking powder.

Cooking instructions:

1. Pour the semolina with kefir, stir, leave for 1-1.5 hours.

2. Peel the pumpkin, remove the fibers and seeds, rinse and cut into small pieces.

3. Transfer to a saucepan, pour 100-150 ml of water, put on a low heat for about half an hour - the pumpkin should become soft. Drain the remaining water, cool the product.

4. Grind the pumpkin, add eggs with sugar, mix thoroughly.

5. Add the resulting composition to the semolina, add baking powder, mix everything.

6. Grease a baking dish with a little vegetable oil.

7. Pour the pumpkin dough into a mold and place in an oven preheated to +180 degrees for 45 minutes.

This dessert goes well with sour cream and sweet honey.
