Avocado smoothies are always preferred by those who follow the right diet, carefully monitor their weight, or are on a weight loss diet, not to mention vegans and vegetarians. And how can you do without it on sports training days for weight loss? Such a smoothie will be prepared for you in any bar in a normal sports complex.

Avocado is an unmatched, nutritious and healthy product that will add a soft, velvety texture to any smoothie. You can easily replace your breakfast with a drink from it, while the feeling of satiety will not leave until lunchtime. As a rule, dairy products are added to smoothies - milk, kefir, whey, natural drinking yogurt, and so on. But today we will prepare the most dietary drink, since we will replace all these dairy products with ordinary drinking water. The taste of the finished green cocktail will not be affected by this, it will only become healthier.

Ingredients:

Ripe avocado, large - 2 pcs.

Kiwi - 2-3 pcs.

Lime juice - 1 tablespoon

Parsley - 20 g

Olive oil - 2 tablespoons

Sea salt - to taste

Drinking water - 200 g

Preparation:

1. Prepare foods from the list. Buy only very ripe fruits, otherwise the finished drink will not be so tasty. Wash the avocado and parsley under running water and pat dry with paper towels.

2. Using a sharp-nosed teaspoon, gently scoop out all the pulp from the ripe kiwi and place it in the blender bowl.

3. Cut the avocado in half lengthwise with a sharp knife, remove the bone. With the same spoon, scrape the flesh out of the rind, or carefully cut it off - whichever is more convenient for you. Add to blender bowl.

4. Separate the parsley leaves from the stems, and discard the stems themselves - they are not suitable for smoothies, as they have a fibrous structure. Put the leaves in the bowl.

5. Now add extra virgin olive oil, some lime juice and a pinch of sea salt for flavor (which can be substituted for liquid honey, by the way, if you like sweet cocktails).

6. Pouring a little drinking water into the blender, beat all the ingredients to the desired thickness. Taste the finished drink, adjust it for yourself.

Pour the avocado and kiwi smoothie into glasses and serve immediately after cooking. You can add an ice cube to each serving, if desired.
