But there is one important point. Each of us has his own rate of fuel (calories) and it depends on the age, weight, height, physical activity.
If we iterate norm and season more than we need, the excess goes to the reserve, accumulated fats.
But if you create a small shortage of fuel - just 15-20%, then the body will take the missing energy from their reserves.
Therefore, we calculate your rate, set deficit and losing weight. And if you connect more than physical training - it's all great.

For dinner, I fry the chicken cutlets with cheese - this is one of my favorite cutlets. Although many of you liked it, did not you? Cutlets will last for several days.
For dinner 110 g chicken cutlets and tomato salad (180 g) of cucumber (50 g), filled 5 g of sunflower oil.
Dinner turned on 250 kcal.
During the day, I drank green tea with 100 ml of milk. I decided to have a drink today molokochay - 60 kcal.
In the end, the day turned 1220 kcal.
During the day, drink water and green tea with milk today (a diuretic effect).
And I have to you here is a question. You wash dried before use? I had not even thought - just soap on the machine before you eat any dried fruit.
But recently I have tried to convince of the need to wash the dried fruit. And, of course, I did not stop to wash them and will continue to wash. But here's the interesting - and how do you?
