Here I share my experience of losing weight, maintaining weight, menus for the day and recipes for dishes with calculated KBZHU that are included in my diet.

I want to share with you a recipe for a cottage cheese casserole with carrots and apples.

You will find a list of ingredients, a video recipe for KBZHU at the end of the article.

Cooking.

Grate carrots and apples on a fine grater. I used my assistant blender.

Add to carrots with apples - cottage cheese with eggs, sweetener, cinnamon, semolina.

I also add natural date syrup - I really like its combination with carrots in baked goods.

We spread the resulting curd mixture in a baking dish - I have a silicone 18 cm.

Let stand for at least 20-30 minutes, so that the semolina swells.

We send it to an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 45-50 minutes.

Be sure to let the finished casserole cool in the form!

Ingredients:

  • cottage cheese 9% - 300 g,
  • 3 medium carrots - 290 g neat weight
  • apple - 150 g pure weight,
  • milk 2.5% - 50 g,
  • 40 g semolina (semolina - hard varieties),
  • 2 chicken eggs
  • 1 tsp cinnamon, a pinch of vanilla,
  • 6-7 sachets of sweetener (1 sachet is equal to 1 gram and is equal to 5 grams of sugar),
  • date syrup or dates - 20 g optional (if you don't add - increase the amount of sweetener).

KBZHU per 100 g: K - 136, B - 9, F - 5.2, U - 12.9.
