Greetings to everyone on my slimming channel.

Here I not only share my experience of losing weight (already by 57 kg), a menu for the day, but also recipes for dishes that are included in my diet.

We do not eat one herb, but eat tasty and satisfying, counting calories.

I really love Georgian cuisine and my recent trip to a Georgian cuisine cafe gave me a riddle - how to cook something similar, but not so high in calories.

And so I decided on the simplest dish - suluguni, baked in pita bread with a sauce of soft curd cheese with garlic and herbs.

I do not pretend to repeat Georgian cuisine at all. I just want to cook something similar and less high in calories.

It turned out very tasty, the whole family appreciated it! And most importantly, cooking takes little time and everything is very simple.

I needed for the dish:

  • Armenian thin lavash (sheet 180 g, it took me 120 g),
  • suluguni cheese (180 g),
  • 1 chicken egg
  • a jar of soft cottage cheese (classic yogurt can be used, 150 g),
  • garlic a couple of cloves - 5 g, a little dill.
  • a pinch of paprika.

Cut the lavash into small rectangles.

I cut the entire layer of pita bread, but so far I have used 6 pieces. The remaining pita bread can be frozen until next time or used in another dish.

Suluguni is cut into small pieces.

Put the suluguni cubes on the pita bread. I got 2 sticks (with a total weight of about 30 g) per 1 sheet of lavash (20 g).

We wrap the suluguni in a pita tube, bending the pita bread and around the edges so that the cheese does not leak out when baked.

Stir the egg, add a pinch of sweet paprika and dip each tube in the egg.

We put our tubes in a baking dish or simply on a baking sheet (it is better to cover it with baking paper or a silicone mat).

Put in the oven for 200 g for 15-20 minutes. Look in your oven to make sure the pita is crispy but not burnt.

While the tubes are baking, prepare the sauce.

Rub the garlic, finely chop the dill and mix with soft cottage cheese (or yogurt).

That's the whole process - quick and easy!

A delicious dish that must be enjoyed by all lovers of cheese and Georgian cuisine - it's done! And how delicious the cheese is! Try it!
