She recently got into my music selection. Memories of my youth flooded, and I listened to the song five times in a row. At that moment I was preparing the dessert "Crumble", which means "crumbling".
Apparently, this is a sign, I decided - that's how the dessert got the name "My baby". In addition, it turned out that May 22 Sergey Zhukov's birthday - he turns 44 years old. Therefore, I dedicate this dessert to him.
Step by step recipe for how to make strawberry rhubarb crumble
First, let's prepare the syrup.
- Rhubarb stalks - 500 g
- Strawberry - 500 g
- Sugar - 200 g
- Starch - 2 tablespoons
- Dry wine - four tablespoons
I cut the rhubarb stalks into pieces, cut the tails of the strawberries and send them to the pan.
I add the rest of the syrup ingredients and cook for 10 minutes after boiling. Transfer to a baking dish.

- Flour - 280 g
- Butter - 170 g
