The dish is prepared very simply. My boys really love with rice or mashed potatoes. But delicious with any side dish.
Even the youngest appreciated this dish 😊
In the video below, this recipe at 05:18. There are also 4 more recipes for how I cook this fish. Look - you will definitely like it))
In a saucepan with boiling water (it needs no more than 900 ml) I add bay leaf, allspice and salt.
I put the fish in the pan. I cook for 5 minutes (from the moment of boiling). Then I put the fish on a plate, and let the broth cool a little - it will still come in handy.
I separate the fish from the bones, carefully remove all the bones - both small and spinal. These are the pieces of fish that turn out:
Pour the broth in which the fish was cooked into a bowl, add a tablespoon of flour, mix. It is important that there are no lumps left. I also add sour cream here, mix.
I fry the onions and carrots in a small amount of vegetable oil. You can add a little sugar to the onion - this will make the fish tastier. When the vegetables are lightly fried, I send the fish pieces into the pan.
It remains to add the prepared filling and more broth (if necessary) to the pan. I usually use 750-800 ml of broth. I mix it all neatly
Simmer for 12-15 minutes over low heat. And you can serve.
Delicious with any side dish!
