Tomatoes -1-2pcs.
Cheese -100-150gr.
Sour cream -150g.
COOKING METHOD
We take any minced meat 300g., Add salt half a teaspoon, black pepper, garlic 3-4 tooth, pour in milk about 50 ml and mix.
Cut the potatoes into slices or half rings. Add salt, black pepper, a mixture of herbs, pour in vegetable oil 3-4 tbsp.
Stir and put in a mold, cut the onion in half rings and put on the potatoes. Now put the minced meat.
Cut the tomatoes into half rings and put them on the minced meat.
Cheese 100 grams grated, add sour cream or add mayonnaise. Mix and place on the tomatoes.
Put in the oven and cook at 180 degrees for 60 minutes or until the potatoes are cooked. If the cheese turns brown quickly, cover with foil.
Serve hot with heat to the table adding vegetable salad. Simple, fast and tasty.
