At the bottom of a nonstick pan, pour a little vegetable oil, to throw pieces of meat and fry over high heat until a small crust. Then add a little water, diminish the fire and simmer for about an hour.

Then cut into cubes one large carrot, one bulb, 2 tomatoes and add to the meat. Salt, pepper, add a clove of garlic, one tablespoon of tomato paste and simmer everything together for 15 minutes.

Diced potatoes (2-3 pieces) and add a little water. Pour water enough to get in the end a thick soup. Boil 20 minutes.

Also boil in a separate saucepan 300g of noodles for Laghman.

Then put in a bowl noodles, soup fill received, sprinkle greens (cilantro, parsley, chives) on the table and serve. It turns incredibly delicious!
