HOW TO COOK:
I cut the pumpkin into small pieces. I cut into triangles. The form is not important at all. You can cut it however you like. The main thing is that the thickness is about 5-6 mm, no more.
I heat a piece of butter in a frying pan and spread the chopped pumpkin. You can add a little onion with the pumpkin (it will be even tastier).
I fry the pumpkin on one side, turn it over. Above - eggs. Salt to taste. You can add some spices. But I cook without spices and just a little salt.
And then - as usual. Until ready. You can sprinkle with herbs when serving. And help yourself)) I love with arugula or green onions.
