Wonderful jam in a bread maker for sweets

Recipe for sweet tooth, lazy people and bread maker owners. A modern kitchen unit not only kneads dough and bakes bread with muffins, but also prepares yoghurts, butter, thick jam (jam). The culinary specialist is required to accurately measure the sugar and fruit, load the bucket and start the timer. Time, as a rule, the whole process takes 1 hour and 20 minutes.

Choose the composition of the jam according to the season, your own taste. Berries, fruits, stone fruits, mixed assorted - the bread maker boils down everything at high heating of the closed space. Therefore, the consistency is always thick, gelatinous and stable.

A significant plus of homemade jam in a bread maker is the low sugar content. Almost always, for 500 g of fruit, 150 g of granulated sugar is used. Lemon is added at will, to preserve color, as a preservative during long-term storage and for tonic acidity.

I also note a minus. Large stocks cannot be prepared at a time. The bread maker can handle a total weight (fruit + sugar) of around 650 g.

Ingredients:

Bananas - 2 pcs.

Plums - 10 pcs.

Apples - 3 pcs.

Sugar - 150 g

Lemon - 0.5 pcs.

Step by step recipe:

Step 1 - If you decide to try the jam from a bread machine, first of all, read the instructions of the specific manufacturer. Perhaps a different weight is indicated, cooking time, there are nuances. Using the assorted example, I will show the principle itself. I have bananas, apples, plums and lemon for flavor. In the mixes, feel free to make up your proportions, focus on the sweetness / ripeness of one or another fruit. The main thing is to weigh half a kilogram of allsorts. Pay attention to the freshness, goodness of the gifts of nature - throw away rotten, dry, spoiled ones. The rule applies to all blanks.

Step 2 - Before slicing, wash the plums in half and remove the seeds.

Step 3 - Add the sliced ​​bananas in circles. The pieces of all the fruits in the bread maker are boiled and there is no point in bothering them in any particular way.

Step 4 - Peel the apples from the peel (it does not soften completely during cooking). Cut the apple pulp into arbitrary pieces. Sprinkle everything with lemon juice.

Step 5 - Fall asleep with a portion of sugar. Throw in a pinch of zest, shake it.

Step 6 - Fill the bread maker container with sweet slices. We turn on the unit according to the mode specified in the instructions.

Step 7 - After the allotted time at the final signal, we carefully pack the hot jam from the bread machine into clean / sterile jars, close and cool.

Step 8 - Store the jam from the bread machine after cooling on the refrigerator shelf.
