Potatoes with chicken and mushrooms is a very simple and tasty dish that can be served even for a festive table, guests will always like such a treat. Serve the dish preferably with herbs and fresh tomatoes, or with homemade pickles. If you are going to a large company, it is convenient to cook such potatoes on a large baking sheet, then you can even use a whole chicken carcass for cooking, simply by cutting it in half lengthwise. The recipe is very simple, everyone can handle it, so let's get started.

Ingredients:

Potatoes - 300 g

Carrots - 1 pc.

Bulb onion - 1 pc.

Chicken wings - 4 pcs.

Champignons - 8 pcs.

Salt, pepper - to taste

Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.

Process description:

1. Prepare all the required ingredients according to the list.

2. Peel and wash carrots, if they are young, you can not peel them, but just wash them well with a stiff brush. Also wash onions and champignons, peel and rinse potato tubers.

3. Immediately turn on and warm up the oven, set the temperature to 180 degrees. Prepare a heat-resistant form, grease it with vegetable oil. Cut the peeled potatoes into large cubes and fold into a mold.

4. Chop the carrots into slices, chop the onion into half rings. Spread vegetables all over the pan to cover the sliced ​​potatoes and season with salt and pepper.

5. Wash and dry the chicken wings beforehand, then sprinkle them with salt and ground black pepper. Stir well, add poultry spices if desired. Spread the wings over the potatoes with vegetables.

6. Next, lay out the mushrooms, if the mushrooms are medium-sized, leave them intact. Immediately seal the form with foil and send to the oven preheated to 180 degrees. Cook for half an hour, then remove the foil and bake for another 10-15 minutes.
