Step 4 - In a bowl, whisk flour, mayonnaise, egg and salt with ground black pepper (the rest of the flavors are at your discretion). We achieve uniformity, remove all lumps, try. If you want to get a thin shell, pour in a couple of tablespoons of drinking water and beat well again - in this case, the dough will come out more liquid.

Step 5 - Dip the zucchini in batter, turn it from all sides - pry it with a fork, lift it up and pour off the excess dough in a trickle, then transfer the semi-finished product to a frying pan with a hot lean oil.

Step 6 - Fry the zucchini in a pan until golden brown at a moderate temperature, turn it over, remove the excess fat with a paper napkin.

Step 7 - Press the garlic cloves through a press or chop finely and finely with a knife - sprinkle with the chopped mixture for another hot snack, leave for 5 minutes.

Step 8 - Serve the garlic-flavored zucchini in batter with some sauce and fresh herbs.
