If you want to get a thin shell, pour in a couple of tablespoons of drinking water and beat well again - in this case, the dough will come out more liquid.
Step 5 - Dip the zucchini in batter, turn it from all sides - pry it with a fork, lift it up and pour off the excess dough in a trickle, then transfer the semi-finished product to a frying pan with a hot lean oil.
Step 6 - Fry the zucchini in a pan until golden brown at a moderate temperature, turn it over, remove the excess fat with a paper napkin.
Step 7 - Press the garlic cloves through a press or chop finely and finely with a knife - sprinkle with the chopped mixture for another hot snack, leave for 5 minutes.
Step 8 - Serve the garlic-flavored zucchini in batter with some sauce and fresh herbs.
