The lean salad with canned corn, cabbage, radishes and carrots is a unique dish. Ingredients:

Peking cabbage - 200 g

Canned corn - 4 tablespoons

Preparation:

1. To prepare the salad, prepare the foods on the list. Peel the carrots and radish, wash the vegetables under running water, dry them. Any radish will do, I have a watermelon variety.

2. Cut the cabbage into thin slices, do not remove the thick part, it is it that contains the fibers that cleanse our body. Place in a deep bowl.

3. Cut the carrots and radishes into thin strips, it is easier to do this using a special grater for cooking vegetables in Korean. Transfer everything to a bowl with the cabbage.

4. Open a can of canned corn, drain the water, add the grains to the salad.

5. Finely chop the dill sprigs and add to the rest of the ingredients in a bowl.

6. In a convenient bowl, mix the olive oil and lemon juice, add a little salt and pepper to the dressing, and pour it over the dish. If you want a very healthy salad option, replace sea salt with soy sauce, it will give it a new taste.

7. Stir the dish thoroughly, leave it literally for 5 minutes, so that the lemon juice refills the vegetables with its acidity, especially cabbage.

8. Divide into portions and serve.

On hot summer days, such a salad is simply a success - it is very light, juicy, crispy and tasty. Pure health. Enjoy!
