The lean salad with canned corn, cabbage, radishes and carrots is a unique dish. Preparation:

4. Open a can of canned corn, drain the water, add the grains to the salad.
5. Finely chop the dill sprigs and add to the rest of the ingredients in a bowl.
6. In a convenient bowl, mix the olive oil and lemon juice, add a little salt and pepper to the dressing, and pour it over the dish. If you want a very healthy salad option, replace sea salt with soy sauce, it will give it a new taste.
7. Stir the dish thoroughly, leave it literally for 5 minutes, so that the lemon juice refills the vegetables with its acidity, especially cabbage.
