Chicken drumsticks - 650 g

Prunes - 200 g

Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.

Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon

Dark soy sauce - 1 tbsp

Lemon (or lime) juice - 1 tablespoon

Ketchup - 1 tablespoon

Salt to taste

Ground black pepper - to taste

Seasoning for chicken - 1 tablespoon

Prepare all the necessary foods according to the list. Wash the chicken drumsticks, dry them dry.

Pour the lean refined oil, soy sauce, dark soy sauce into a deep bowl. Add ketchup, salt and pepper to taste. Add seasoning.

Dark soy sauce is a thick, rich sauce for poultry. It is most often added to marinades when cooking chicken or duck.
