When small children are in the house, this recipe helps a lot. It turns out tender and tasty. P.S. The filling should cover half of the cabbage rolls, if the shape is large (like mine), then you can add more water, or vice versa, if the shape is smaller, then you can add less water.
Ingredients: Turkey, Onion (Medium), Carrot (Medium), Chinese Cabbage (Medium), Rice, Egg, Salt/Pepper, Pouring, Sour Cream, Tomato Paste, Water, Mustard, Salt/Pepper, Herbs for Garnish
Cooking method:
Put the rice to boil. (15 min.) Make minced meat from the turkey. I am using blender. In a bowl, mix: minced meat, diced onion, grated carrot, egg and finely chopped Chinese cabbage. Salt/pepper to taste.
Add the cooled rice, form into small patties and put in a mold.
We do the filling. Mix all the ingredients for pouring, salt / pepper to taste and pour on top, pouring over each cutlet. We put it in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for 40 minutes. After 20 minutes, you can get and pour the cabbage rolls with the resulting sauce. I usually just turn it over with tongs to the other side so that the cabbage and carrots do not wind up in the oven.
