Ingredients:

1 can of canned fish. I usually take Saira.
Boiled potatoes - 3 medium pieces.
Boiled carrots - 1 medium.
Semolina - 2 tbsp. with a good slide
Eggs - 2 pcs.
Pepper, salt - to taste.

Recipe:

Drain the liquid from the canned food, mash the fish well with a fork.
Grate potatoes and carrots on a coarse grater.
Add eggs, semolina, pepper, salt and canned food.
Mix everything well.
Finely chopped onion or garlic can be added if desired.
Heat the pan and add vegetable oil.
