Today I want to bring to your attention a simple recipe for making delicious chicken legs baked in the oven in soy sauce. The meat always turns out tasty, juicy, soft and very beautiful ruddy color. The dish is prepared quite simply, you just need to follow the simplest rules. Such a chicken is ideal not only for a family lunch or dinner, it will not be a shame to put it on the festive table. Ingredients:

Chicken legs - 600 g

Light soy sauce - 6 tablespoons

Liquid honey - 1 tbsp.

Lean oil - 1 tablespoon

Sweet mustard - 1 tbsp

Garlic - 10 g

Sea salt - optional

Ground pepper - to taste

Red vinegar - 1 tablespoon

How to cook:

Step 1 of 6

To cook chicken in soy sauce in the oven, prepare all the necessary foods from our list. The meat must be thoroughly washed under running water, the joints must be cleaned, and the remnants of feathers removed. If necessary, tar over a gas burner.

In a deep bowl, combine light soy sauce with good quality vegetable oil, runny honey, mustard, and red wine vinegar. Add salt and pepper to taste, garlic. Mix the marinade until smooth.

Place the chicken in the cooked honey-soy marinade. Roll the pieces of meat thoroughly in it. Leave to marinate for at least 30 minutes. Flip the chicken frequently to marinate evenly.

After a while, the chicken legs will marinate a little and noticeably change in color - you can start cooking.

Place the chicken legs marinated in soy sauce in a baking dish and place them in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes. You should bake in the top and bottom heating mode exactly in the middle of the oven, convection must not be turned on in any case, otherwise the soy sauce will immediately start burning.

Cook favorite garnish and serve delicious rosy chicken to the table. I have cooked to my feet mashed potatoes. By the way, the gravy that stands out from the chicken during cooking is ideal for any side dish.
