I offer a simple recipe for milk pizza dough: traditional open or closed - calzone. The better you work at the kneading stage, the tastier, more airy and easier the cake will come out. Any filling can be combined with its neutral taste. Optionally, you can form both a thick base and a very thin one, both with a cheese rim, and without any edging at all. The main thing is to give the kolobok a good distance and significantly increase in size.

Ingredients:

Flour - 350 g

Milk - 250 ml

Olive oil - 40 ml

Dry yeast - 1 tsp l. with a slide

Sugar - 0.5 tsp l.

Salt - 0.3 tsp l.

To knead the milk dough for this recipe, take the foods listed. Measure them strictly by weight / volume. Preheat the milk until slightly warm.

If you replace olive oil, then refined sunflower or corn oil. But the best result is, of course, with extra virgin / cold-pressed olive. It is also easy to replace milk with water, especially during a lean diet.

Having a bread maker, a combine with a bowl and attachments for kneading yeast dough, use it - with a minimum of effort, an excellent result is guaranteed. For those who decide to tackle the baking chores by hand, I advise you to work hard, on a spacious surface, to bring the lump to plasticity, without excess flour.

First, we combine the dry ingredients: sift the wheat flour, throw in granulated sugar, yeast granules and salt. I advise you to add sea salt, but this is a matter of taste and personal preference. Stir the flour slide from bottom to top.

Pour in warm milk next. Gradually, in two or three approaches. Knead by hand, with a spatula or an aggregate with special spiral or other nozzles. Soak the flour with moisture, collect in large flakes.

After that we pour in vegetable oil and continue intensive movements. We take in the oil. We do not add more liquid.

Additionally, we spread the bun on a tabletop or board and knead it with our hands for several minutes. Roll it up with a ball.

Dip the lump in a clean bowl, cover with plastic wrap or towel. We put in a warm and quiet place without a draft for 40-90 minutes. Our yeast milk pizza dough should grow three to four times.

After proving in warmth, the fluffy dough is ready for further work. Remove from the bowl, form a cake and fill with the filling with the obligatory cheese - bake pizza in a hot oven for 20-25 minutes at 200 degrees.
