Buckwheat with meat balls. I just love it to cook for dinner or lunch, nothing fancy, but the taste is amazing, and always at the outlet immediately and garnish and meat. All are always full and happy.

Ingredients:

Buckwheat -300gr.
Carrot 1 piece.
Onion 1pc.
Garlic -2zub.
Salt -1ch.l.
Black pepper - to taste
Sushenaya- herbs to taste
Bay leaf -2pieces.
Vegetable oil - 2-3st.l.
Water -300ml.
Sour -150gr.
Tomato -1pc (or tomato paste -1st.l.)

For the meatballs:
Stuffing -500gr.
Salt -1ch.l.
bulb -2pieces
garlic -2-3zub
Sour -1st.l.
Black pepper - to taste

Cooking method :

300 grams buckwheat fill with boiling water and set aside while we prepare the rest. Onion will cut into cubes, carrots grate. The pan pour vegetable oil 2-3 tbsp put fried onion until translucent, add carrots and fry 1-2 minutes, add tomato or 1 tablespoon tomato paste, stir and add 300 mL of water, add 150g of cream, 1 teaspoon salt, black pepper, bay leaf, dried herbs, garlic cloves 2 was passed through a press and add to fill and remove immediately with fire.

Grind using a blender and 2 onions 2 garlic cloves and add to 500 grams of minced meat. Add 1 tsp salt, black pepper to taste and juiciness and tenderness of the meat balls, I add 1 tbsp sour cream. All mix well. Form the balls.
