This meat dish is prepared quite often in many families, because chicken chops in the oven always turn out to be very tasty and satisfying. They are most successful in batter, so it is important to make it fragrant. My favorite option is cheese batter. Be sure to add dry garlic, a little salt and pepper to it - this way we will get an amazing result.
You can serve ready-made chicken fillet chops with all kinds of side dishes. A light cabbage or vegetable salad, as well as potatoes, porridge or spaghetti will perfectly fit here.

Ingredients:
Chicken fillet - 250 g
Hard cheese - 80 g
Chicken eggs - 1 pc.
Milk - 30 ml
Wheat flour - 2 tbsp.
Salt, pepper - to taste
Dry garlic - 1 tsp
Soy sauce - 3 tablespoons
Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.
Description:
Prepare a range of foods. Choose chilled, fresh fillets. Warm up the oven well, then set the temperature to 180 degrees.
Rinse the chicken fillet and dry. Cut the meat into portions and place on a work surface / cutting board. Then cover it with foil. Beat the chicken with a kitchen hammer.
Prepared raw chops must be sprinkled with soy sauce, sprinkled with ground pepper, dry garlic. Leave it alone for 10 minutes.
Take a deep bowl, drive a chicken egg into it, add spices right away and add wheat flour. Grate the cheese on a fine grater, throw the shavings into a bowl.
Shake all the components of the batter with a fork until they become uniform.
Transfer the chicken fillet to a bowl of batter, dip all the pieces well. Quickly fry the chops in a pan - half a minute on each side, just so that the batter grabs.
Transfer the chicken pieces to an ovenproof dish and place in the oven. Bake for 15 minutes.
After a while, serve the chicken chops to the table.
