And the recipe is simple. Half an hour - and the pie is on the table!
I prepare the filling in advance. Today I have cabbage. And I like this pie with cabbage much more than with other fillings. But, of course, you can cook it with meat, and with fish filling, and with rice and eggs, and with mushrooms. In a frying pan in a small amount of vegetable oil, fry the onion until transparent, then add the carrots, grated on a coarse grater. And after a couple of minutes - cabbage.
Salt, spices to taste. I add black pepper and a little bit of turmeric (it makes the filling look more appetizing).
I fry the cabbage over high heat, stirring constantly, for 7-8 minutes. Then add greens and chopped boiled eggs to the slightly cooled cabbage. The filling is ready.
Dough. Put sour cream in a bowl, add salt, sugar and half the flour. I stir it with a whisk. Then I add the eggs and mix well again.
At the end, add the rest of the flour and baking powder. I stir it again. The dough is ready.
Grease the mold with oil and pour in some dough.
Then I spread the filling. And fill it with the remaining dough.
I put the pie in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes. I bake with convection. If without convection, it may take 5 minutes more. Take a look in your oven. I check the pie for readiness with a wooden stick.

• Flour - 6 tbsp.
• Sour cream 20% - 5 tbsp.
• Salt - 1 tsp. (no slide)
• Sugar - 1 tsp.
• Baking powder - 10 g
• Eggs - 2 pcs.
For filling:
• Cabbage - 300 g
• Onion - 1 pc.
• Carrots - 1 pc.
• Ground black pepper
