I bought a salad in "Magnet", the one that is sold in pots.
I didn't take a photo. Didn't plan to write this article. I just cut the salad. And we ate it (it was very tasty, by the way, fresh and crispy).
And then suddenly I remembered that I had seen a video once on the network - a joyful girl cuts a salad, and puts the remaining tail with roots in the water.
A week later, she grows a new bush of lettuce, which she just as happily cuts and adds it to some dish again))
Well, itโs interesting! I found a suitable container and did everything as in that video.
And oh, miracle! Two days later, I noticed that a leaf really appeared from the middle of the bush (it grew by about 1.5 cm!)
And then I started taking pictures. I took these photos two days after I put the trimmed lettuce bush in the water:
Then she did everything, as shown in the video. I changed the water, made sure that the roots were in the water. I put it on the windowsill.
Another 4 days passed. It grows)) Something dries up from below, but something grows from above ...
But then something went wrong... Here's another 4 days later:
In general, I threw it away anyway)) I just had to wash the cup. I laughed with my husband. And we bought a new lettuce bush at Magnet.
Once again I am convinced that all these beautiful and "useful life hacks" are just beautiful editing.
Do you trust such advice? Or am I the only one? ๐
