To prepare a juicy and tasty second course, it is enough to purchase lightly salted salmon, pasta and cream with a fat content of no more than 20%. The rest of the ingredients for pasta with salmon in a creamy sauce can be found in any kitchen, so you only need 10-15 minutes to cook.

For those who like pasta with a fatty flavor, we recommend including onion and vegetable oil, before adding cream, you will need to saute the onion slices in it until softness.

You can use not only lightly salted salmon, but also fresh, frozen, but boneless, cutting it into small cubes when added to the sauce.

Ingredients:

Pasta - 150 g

Hot water - 400 ml

Lightly salted salmon - 100 g

Cream, 15% fat - 150 ml

Corn starch - 1 tablespoon

Greens for serving

Spices to taste.

Preparation:

1. Boil hot water in a cauldron or saucepan, add pasta to the container and boil until half cooked for about 5-6 minutes. Check the cooking time on the package, since each type has a different cooking time. Drain the liquid by discarding the paste in a colander, then return it back to the container and cover with a lid so that it does not dry out.

2. Combine the cream with cornstarch while cold. He does not interfere with hot ones - lumps form! Do not use potato starch instead of cornstarch - it gives the creamy sauce a grayish tint. Heat a frying pan or stewpan with high sides on the stove, pour in the cream and starch. Warm up for 2-3 minutes, stirring, until thickened.

3. Cut the salmon into medium or small cubes, pieces, slices.

4. Add to the creamy sauce, simmer for about 1-2 minutes, until the fish slices are cooked. When adding frozen fish, you need to increase the cooking time to 3-4 minutes, depending on the size of the salmon pieces.

5. Pour pasta boiled until half cooked into the sauce, salt and pepper, add other spices or seasonings if desired, mix. Put out for about 1 minute and turn off the heating.

6. Rinse fresh herbs such as green onions or dill, chop and sprinkle on the prepared dish.

7. Put the pasta with salmon in a creamy sauce in plates or bowls, serve warm, decorating to your liking.
