Ingredients for a 3L can:
Cucumbers - 1.5 kg
Dill - 3 branches
Parsley - 3 sprigs
Cherry leaf - 3 pcs.
Garlic - 2 cloves
Bay leaf - 2 pcs.
Black peppercorns - 10 pcs.
Allspice - 2 pcs.
Salt - 50 g
Vinegar 9% - 60 g
Step by step recipe:
Prepare all the foods on the list. The indicated amount is based on a 3 liter can.
Sterilize the container for preservation together with the lids in any way convenient for you. Place dill, parsley, garlic, peppers, cherry leaves, and laurel at the bottom of each jar.
Next, fill them with clean cucumbers to the top. If the neck is empty, then cut a few cucumbers into slices and fill the jars.
Put the kettle on, you need to boil the water.
Pour boiling water over the jars of cucumbers, cover with lids, leave to sterilize for 15 minutes.
After a while, you need to drain the water from them into a saucepan or stewpan. Put the container on high heat, add salt, bring to a boil.
When the salt crystals dissolve completely, pour in 9% vinegar.
Pour the marinade into jars, quickly tighten with lids or a special key. Place the seams upside down, cover with something warm and leave in this position until they cool completely.
When the cucumbers are completely cool and change color to a pleasant olive, they are ready. Transfer curls to a cool, dark place and store until winter. Cucumbers will be completely ready in at least a month, keep this in mind.
In winter, open your homemade cake and serve as a snack. Also make your favorite classic salads with these crispy pickles.
