Oh what a delicious and air puffs I made today, well, simply delicious! Of sour cream and sugar, they get juicy and sweet - to break away from such a difficult yummy :)) Cook, I'm sure you will like it too!

Ingredients:

  • Curdled (or serum)
  • Flour
  • Yeast
  • eggs
  • Sour cream
  • Sugar
  • Salt
  • Vegetable oil

Prepare the dough. Take 1 cup of yogurt (just to warm) and diluted 1 teaspoon dry yeast. Stir and leave for 5-10 minutes. Then, trying to drive 1 egg, place 1 teaspoon salt 1 tablespoon sugar 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil and flour.

Flour as necessary to knead the dough elastic, it does not stick to hands, on average 2.5-3 cups. We reserve the dough, cover with a cloth, for about 1 hour in a warm place.

Thus, the dough has come, it needs to be obmyat. Divide it into several parts - the number of donuts. Donuts can be of different sizes, then guided themselves on his pan.

Roll out each piece of dough into a bun (cake) with a thickness of about 0.5-0.8 mm, no more. And fry on both sides until golden in vegetable oil.

And now the most interesting and important: as soon as the donut is ready, remove it from the pan and immediately lubricates the sour cream and sprinkle with sugar (!). Second bun spread on top of the first and also lubricates the cream and sugar. And so on all the donuts. All take about 100 grams of sour cream and 50 grams of sugar.

Sour cream and sugar will start to melt and impregnate the donuts, it turns out very tasty! Bon appetit, my dear readers!
