Puff pastry - 200 g

Ketchup - 30 g

Hard cheese - 80 g

Salt, black pepper - to taste

Vegetable oil - 10 ml

To make a puff pastry snack at home, take the food listed. If desired, the workpieces are placed on skewers (it is better to pre-hold the wooden ones in water so that they do not burn). Defrost the dough before shaping the snack, right in the package.

To get airy, swollen products, the semi-finished dough does not need to be rolled out, all the more thinly. If it sticks together (this happens with repeated thawing), roll out a layer about 3-4 mm thick.

Transfer a square piece of dough to a flat surface. Cover exactly half with delicious ketchup or other tomato sauce (or mayonnaise - fatter with it). Salt, pepper.

If you want - grate, but the whole cheese melts successfully and does not spill out. Sometimes hard is replaced with soft, pickled, curd cheese - it's up to you.

Lubricate the baking paper with lean, refined oil so the curls won't stick. We bake puff snacks in a hot oven for about 20 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
