The recipe for a quick kefir pie will help you easily and time consuming to get a delicious treat for tea. The ingredient composition of the dough is quite simple, the cooking technology itself is also devoid of difficulties. The recipe can be used as a base for baking with absolutely any filling, both sweet and salty. This pie will be berry, we take juicy and sweet mulberry as a filling. You can use any other berries of your choice.

Ingredients:
Kefir - 250 ml.
Eggs - 2 pcs.
Sugar - 150 gr.
Flour - 300 gr.
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Lemon zest - 1 tsp
Vanilla sugar - 1 tsp
Berry (mulberry) - 500 gr.
How to cook:
Prepare food.
Pour sugar in the required amount into a deep bowl, beat two eggs into it.
Grind the components for 2 minutes. Grate the lemon peel, add to the main composition.
Pour in kefir at room temperature.
Sift the flour through a sieve. Then add it in small portions to the bowl with the contents. At the same time, stir in baking powder into the flour.
First stir the dough with a spoon, then go over it with an immersion blender. This will relieve the mass of lumps, make it smooth and lush.
Grease a baking dish with oil or cover with parchment. It is most convenient to use a split form for baking a cake. Pour the batter at the bottom, while leaving a third of it for the upper tier.
Wash the mulberry, let the liquid drain completely. The small tails of the berry can be cut or left (optional). Put the mulberries on top of the dough.
Pour the remaining dough on top, flatten it with a spatula. Place the workpiece in a preheated oven. Bake the cake for about 30 minutes. The optimum oven temperature is 180 degrees. After a while, pierce the product with a wooden skewer - the finished baking dough should not stick to it.
After removing the sweet mulberry jellied pie from the oven, let it cool, then cut into portions.
