If you need a hearty, but simple and quick-to-prepare breakfast, or you are planning a savory snack or a children's party, a party with friends, then a mini pizza made from puff pastry is a godsend. Ingredients:

Puff pastry - 200 g

Ketchup - 2 tbsp l.

Cheese - 80 g

Pork / ham - 60 g

Tomato - 0.5 pcs.

Champignons - 2 pcs.

Salt, black pepper - to taste

Vegetable oil - 10 ml

To bake puff mini pizzas at home, take the food listed. Thaw the dough beforehand - transfer the wrapped semi-finished product from the freezer to the shelf in the main compartment and defrost slowly. With a gentle thawing mode, the puff pastry will retain its properties and will stratify during baking and become light.

Unroll the soft puff pastry in a layer - do not roll it out, leave the original thickness. Without pressing the rolling pin, it rises better and divides in thin layers.

Using a plate, glass or other round shape, we cut out blanks / cakes. In my recipe, the diameter is 7 cm. Cuttings can always be used for a snack, other puffs, pies.

We cover with ketchup or some tomato sauce. Love mayonnaise and fatter pizza - add / replace. Salt and pepper lightly (herbs - optional).

The next one is crumbling hard cheese of fusible grades - three or easily tearing it in small "shreds". Many people close the filling with it at the very end of the molding, but I like to layer it at this stage, on top of the sauce. We don’t touch the edge along the edge, so it will rise.

Add meat products cut into cubes or strips. Even sausages, smoked meats, everything that is at hand are suitable here.

At the top we leave slices of fresh tomato, cut champignons. Sprinkle a little with olive or sunflower oil.

Carefully transfer the pizza blanks to a baking sheet with baking paper and place in an already hot oven. We bake for about 20 minutes at 190 degrees.

We serve mini pizzas from puff pastry to the table.
