Ingredients:

Flour - 1 glass

Kefir - 0.5 cups

Chicken egg - 2 pcs.

Sugar - 100 g

Cocoa powder - 3 tsp

Baking powder - 1 tsp with a slide

Vanilla sugar - 10 g

Lean oil - 2 tablespoons

Prepare all the food you need to make the muffins. Kefir can be of any fat content, the main thing is not too sour, otherwise you will need to add more sugar.

Eggs, kefir and butter should be at room temperature, then it will be easier to work with the dough.

First of all, break two eggs into a deep bowl, add sugar. Using a whisk, beat the ingredients until light foam. It is necessary for the sugar to melt slightly.

Then add kefir. Stir the mixture until smooth.

Add vanilla sugar and baking powder, mix everything again. After a few seconds, a large number of bubbles will appear on the surface of the dough. This baking powder has reacted with kefir.
