This recipe is useful for everyone who loves homemade cakes!

Simple, affordable and easy way to prepare pies and cabbage on kefir yeast dough.

Recipe Fried pies with cabbage

Ingredients:

1 tbsp. yogurt
1 package dry yeast
1 tbsp. l. Sahara
egg
30 oz. butter
400 gr. flour
350 gr. cabbage
carrot
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
salt
pepper

Cooking method:

1. In the warm yogurt add sugar, dry yeast and 3 tablespoons of sifted flour.

Stir and put the brew in a warm place for 20 minutes.
Bowl cover with a cloth or cling film.

2. In another bowl put soft butter, egg and drive to pour salt.
Beat all whisk. Then pour in the approaching sponge and mix.

3. Parts enter the sifted flour and knead the dough. It should be soft and agreeable.

Then cover it with a cloth and put in a warm place for about an hour. It should be increased twice.

4. Shred cabbage and carrots grate.

5. In the heated pan, pour two tablespoons of vegetable oil and lay there cabbage and carrots.

Fry until the cabbage is golden brown, then add salt and pepper.
Prepare the filling to cool.

6. Coming up the dough to knead by hand. Then roll into a sausage and divided into several smaller parts.

7. Every piece of cake in the mash, you can roll it out.
Generously put in the middle of a lozenge, do not regret.
Pinch edges and then press the palm, a flat patty.

8. In a heated pan, pour vegetable oil and put it in pies.

Fry until golden on both sides.

9. Thus overcook all the pies. Finished products put on a paper towel.

Serve the patties with cabbage in the form of heat.
