A few minutes and delicious breakfast is ready! I don't like messing around with breakfast a lot, but I still want to eat deliciously. I have known this recipe for lazy miracles for a long time and I often cook them for breakfast. I am sure you will appreciate it too!

A step-by-step recipe with a photo of making a quick and tasty breakfast from ordinary lavash.
To begin with, I will make a filling for pita bread.
I transfer the cottage cheese to a deep plate and add one egg.
Finely chop the parsley and add to the curd.
I highly recommend trying it with dill and green onions. You can take any greens that you like more.
Salt and pepper to taste and add Caucasian herbs. You can add any spices you deem appropriate.
I stir it. Add melted butter, stir again and the filling is ready. This process took just a couple of minutes. By the way, I melt butter in the microwave - 20 seconds in time.
I take pita bread and cut it into 3 pieces. I feel so comfortable. You can make shelves narrower, but larger.
I put the filling on half a sheet of pita bread
I cover the filling with the second empty part of the lavash and press it a little with my hands.
I heat up the frying pan and fry the lazy oddballs on both sides until golden brown. In time, a minute or two. I do not add oil, I consider it superfluous here. For myself, I cook a couple of pieces. When I also do it for my husband, I take 2 pans to speed up. I spend no more than 10 minutes and a wonderful breakfast is ready.
I put each "square" on a plate and grease it with butter. This is optional.
This time I made lavash from two sheets. In total, I got 6 pieces. By the way, I only gorge on two!
Here is such a stack of lazy miracles. Husband has already pulled a couple of pieces...

- 25 gr. butter (in cottage cheese).
- To taste herbs, salt, pepper, seasoning.
- 15 gr. butter to lubricate the miracle.
