I love rice and today I want to share a very tasty, quick and simple recipe for cooking. Our family loves this kind of rice. It turns out to be very satisfying.

By the way, even the cheapest rice can be cooked using this recipe, and it will turn out to be no less tasty. Today I have just such - the most budgetary rice.

I cook such a rice dish at least twice a week, and sometimes more often. I am sure you will like it too!

Rice should be washed well in cold water several times until clear water. We need to remove excess starch and this will make the rice more crumbly. It is better to take the rice with your hands and rub it between your palms.

I break two eggs into a deep plate, salt and mix with a fork. I'll put it aside for now.

I heat up a frying pan with vegetable oil.

I add rice to the frying pan and cook constantly on the lowest heat for one or two minutes. The rice will become transparent.

Each rice will be in oil and as a result we will get good, tasty, non-sticky rice. It is better not to skip this procedure if you want to get crumbly rice.

I pour the rice with cold water. The proportion is 1: 2. I have one glass of rice and two glasses of water.

Salt a little, don't forget that I also salted the eggs.

Cover the frying pan with a lid, bring to a boil and then cook on the lowest heat for 10 minutes.

Time has passed, the rice has absorbed enough liquid.

Now I add frozen peas. You can use corn or mixed vegetables. But I like it with peas.

Stir nothing, cover the pan with the lid again and cook for two minutes.

A couple of minutes have passed, now I will add the eggs (I will mix them a little again). I add eggs evenly over the entire area of ​​the rice. I'm not interfering with anything!

Cover in a skillet and cook for about three more minutes until the eggs turn white. Do not open the cover. I turn off the stove and leave it for 10 minutes.
