Lavash rolls in the oven
Lavash rolls in the oven

Rolls of lavash, cheese, cottage cheese and greens! Crunchy on the outside and very tender and soft on the inside.

Great appetizer, snack or even breakfast. I love lavash recipes for their simplicity and speed of cooking. And this recipe is no exception!

I used processed cheese (but you can take any) and cottage cheese as a filling. But you can experiment with the filling and do it as you wish. Delicious both hot and cold.

Ingredients:

Lavash - I have 2 pieces of 100 gr. each.
Cheese - I took 3 packs of processed cheese (270 gr.)
Cottage cheese - 300 gr.
Dill is a bunch.
Garlic - 2 cloves.
Chicken egg - 3 pcs.
Butter - 20 gr.
Pepper and salt to taste.

Recipe:

In a deep bowl, knead the cottage cheese with a fork.

Add cheese grated on a coarse grater, garlic grated on a fine grater, finely chopped dill, eggs.

Salt, pepper - to taste. Mix well.

Divide the filling into 2 parts for 2 pita bread.
