A win-win dish for a festive lunch or dinner! The combination of tomatoes and pork is ideal, in addition, they give the dish a wonderful sourish juiciness, and in combination with a cheese crust, the taste is simply incomparable. In fact, these are pork chops with a delicious filling.

Recipe:
Pork fillet -700g.
Salt -1 tsp
Black pepper - to taste
Egg -2pcs.
Flour - for boning
Fresh champignons - 200g.
Onion-1pc.
Tomatoes -200g.
Cheese -150gr.
Mayonnaise -3-4 tbsp. (or sour cream)
COOKING METHOD
Cut the pork fillet 700 grams into portioned plates about 1 cm wide, I have a neck part, but any other will do. We beat the meat well on both sides.
Now salt the meat on both sides and add pepper to taste. Dip the prepared pieces of meat in flour and set aside. Cut 2 fresh tomatoes into cubes, cut fresh mushrooms 200 grams into cubes, you can take frozen or canned ones, cut the onion into cubes.
Break 2 eggs into a bowl and beat well with a fork. We take a frying pan, pour in vegetable oil, put the meat in an egg and put it in a preheated pan, fry until golden brown, in time it takes about 30-40 seconds on each side.
We remove the finished meat preparations on a plate, and so fry all the meat. Now pour a little vegetable oil into the pan and fry the onions until translucent.
We take a suitable baking sheet. Put the meat, distribute the onions evenly on top, put the mushrooms and tomatoes. Lubricate the top with a small amount of mayonnaise, if you don't like mayonnaise, you can add sour cream.
Grate cheese 150 grams on a fine grater and sprinkle on the meat. We put in the preheated oven at the lowest level so that the cheese does not have time to quickly brown. And we cook at 200 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
