Oven baked Krasnoglazka fish is juicy, tender and very tasty. Cooking fish in the oven with this recipe is very easy and simple.

The red-eye tastes like Mackerel. If you love mackerel, then this baked fish will definitely delight you!

Products:

Red-eyed - 1 fish.
Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.
Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
Garlic - 1 clove.
Salt and pepper to taste.

Step-by-step cooking recipe and video recipe:

1. We clean the fish from the scales, take out the insides and rinse. Dry with a paper towel.

2. Prepare the marinade: mix the oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, salt, garlic and pepper mixture.

3. I put the fish immediately into the mold (I cover it with foil, but this is not necessary). I coat the fish with marinade on all sides and leave to marinate for 20 minutes.

4. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and cook for about 25 minutes. It all depends on your oven.

After 15 minutes, we take out the fish and coat it with the released juice (for a golden brown crust) and send it back to the oven.
