Bread or loaf (I have yeast-free with seeds and sesame seeds).
Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Olive oil - 1 tablespoon (optional).
Pepper, salt - to taste.
Parsley - for decoration.

Cut the avocado in half, take out the pit and spoon the pulp into a plate. Knead with a fork, you should get gruel. You can also use a blender.
