It is very simple and easy to prepare. I think this is a great idea for lunch or dinner. Buckwheat turns out to be juicy, saturated with all the aromas of minced meat, vegetables and spices.

For cooking you will need:

Buckwheat - 350 gr.

Minced meat - 500 gr.

Onions - 2 pcs. 1 large head in buckwheat, a smaller one in minced meat.

Carrots - 150 gr. 3 small.

Greens - 2 tablespoons

Curry Seasoning - 1 tsp

Salt and pepper to taste.

Bay leaf - 1 pc.

Sour cream - 1 tbsp.

Cream 10% - 500 ml.

Tomato sauce - 3 tablespoons

Water - 150 ml.

Recipe for making delicious buckwheat:

1. We wash the buckwheat well and put it in a form greased with vegetable oil.

Add finely chopped onion to buckwheat, coarsely grated carrots, herbs, salt, pepper, bay leaf. Mix well.

Advice: I took dried dill, but you can also fresh. Replace dill with parsley if desired.

2. Add finely grated onion and garlic to the minced meat, curry seasoning, 1 tbsp. sour cream and mix.

3. We form meatballs. I took 1 tbsp. minced meat and immediately put them on buckwheat with vegetables.

4. Making a filling: mix cream with tomato sauce. Pour buckwheat and meatballs.

Advice: if you don't have tomato sauce, then you can use tomato paste or even ketchup.

5. We add water so that the meatballs are half closed.

Cover the form with foil and put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40 minutes, then take it out, remove the foil and for another 20 minutes.
