For cooking you will need:
Red cabbage -150 gr.
White cabbage - 150 gr.
Cucumber - 2 small - 100 gr.
Dill is a small bunch.
Garlic -1 clove.
Vegetable oil - 3 tablespoons
Apple cider vinegar - 1 tablespoon (incomplete).
Salt.

Step-by-step cooking recipe:
1. Finely chop the cabbage and transfer to a deep bowl. Salt.
We will crush with our hands so that the cabbage starts up juice.
2. Cut the cucumber into strips and add to the cabbage.
3. Finely chop the herbs and garlic - add to the salad.
4. Season the salad with apple cider vinegar and vegetable oil.
Advice: you can add a little sugar if the cabbage is not sweet enough.
