Delicious cottage cheese buns for tea with which you don't need to mess around for a long time. Always gentle. I make curls without a drop of oil and yeast.

Kids and adults alike eat these curd curls with great pleasure!

I always cook a double portion, if you need a little, then reduce all products in 2 times. After you try these buns with cottage cheese, you will also bake a double portion, I'm sure of it.

For cooking you will need:

Cottage cheese - 550 gr.

Flour - 300 gr.

Chicken yolks - 6 pcs.

Sugar - 2-4 tbsp. l. (taste).

Baking powder - 1 sachet.

Raisins, vanillin, cinnamon - optional.

1. We transfer a quarter of the curd to a separate container - this is about 140 gr. This cottage cheese will go into the filling for buns.

2. Transfer the remaining cottage cheese to a deep bowl and add the yolks, 1 tbsp. sugar, vanilla (cinnamon) - mix with a mixer.

3. Add baking powder to the flour and sift the flour in parts immediately to the curd. We knead the dough. When it becomes difficult to knead the dough with a spoon, start kneading with your hands.

Advice: you do not need to hammer the dough with flour, it should be soft and stick a little to your hands.

4. We transfer the dough into a plastic bag and send it to the freezer for 15-20 minutes.

5. Transfer the dough to a well-floured surface and sprinkle flour on top too. Divide the dough into 2 equal parts.

Advice: put one part of the dough in a bag so that it does not wind up.

6. Rolls the dough into a thin layer 5 mm thick. We put the cottage cheese on half of the dough, which we set aside earlier (we take half, since we have more dough). Sprinkle with raisins if desired.

Advice: it is better to pour raisins with boiling water for 10 minutes.

Sprinkle the cottage cheese with sugar - according to your taste. I had 1 tsp.

7. Cover the cottage cheese with the second empty half of the dough, press down with our hands and roll it out a little with a rolling pin.

We wrap in a roll, starting from the wider edge. We pinch the edges so that the roll does not come apart. We lay the roll with the seam down. Cut into 1 cm pieces with a knife.

8. Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper and put the curls, first roll the bottom of the bun in flour.

9. Preheat ovens to 180 degrees and cook buns for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
