Amazingly tasty meat and meat sauce recipe!

Hello, dear readers of the "Cooking with Natalia Kalnina" channel! I welcome my regular guests, as well as all those who came to see me for the first time!

Today I want to share a recipe for meat in Arabic. Common ingredients, but how tasty and unusual it turns out. Juicy, tender, aromatic and quick to cook. I'll also make a delicious sauce for meat.

Recipe:

Chicken breast -500 gr.

Egg -1 pc.

Sour cream -100gr.

Onion -1pc.

Garlic -2-3 teeth.

Lemon juice -2-3 tbsp

Salt -1 / 2 tsp. or to taste

Black pepper - to taste

Sweet paprika -1 / 2 tsp

Walnuts -120 gr.

Breadcrumbs -60 gr.

For mustard sauce:

Water -1 tbsp.

Sugar -1 tbsp

Mustard -1-2 tbsp

Mayonnaise -1 tbsp

COOKING METHOD

We take a chicken breast, I have a weight of 500 grams, cut it into portions.

Now we beat off the meat from both sides. Prepare the marinade, break 1 egg into a bowl, add 100 grams of sour cream, the fatter the better, I have 25%, an onion and a couple of cloves chop the garlic with a blender and add to the batter, add half a tsp of salt, black pepper to taste, I add more red paprika half tsp

We add lemon juice to taste, I add about 2-3 tbsp. We mix. Now put the breast in the marinade. Stir and leave to marinate for 2-3 hours. I leave it overnight. We take bread crumbs, I cook myself.

Cut the loaf into cubes, put on a baking sheet and dry until golden brown in the oven. Now grind with a blender. I need 60 grams of bread crumbs, now grind the walnuts with a blender 120 grams. Combine walnuts and breadcrumbs in a bowl.

We take the meat out of the marinade and put it in the breading. We take a frying pan, pour in vegetable oil, heat it up. Put the meat in a frying pan and fry on both sides until tender.

While the meat is cooking, prepare the mustard sauce. Put 1 tbsp in the ladle. sugar, 1 tbsp. water, mix and put on fire. As it boils, boil for 50 seconds and remove from heat.

Pour into a bowl, add 1 tbsp. mustard, 1 tbsp. mayonnaise and mix. Now you need to taste and adjust to taste, add more mustard or mayonnaise.
Serve the meat with sauce. The meat is tender and juicy.
