Tortilla: Spanish omelette with potatoes

In the oven, you can prepare almost any dish. Dishes in the oven will be a delicious dinner or a fine dinner / breakfast.

Recipe Omelette, tortilla

Ingredients:

400 g of young potato,
200 grams of lean ham,
150 g of peas,
1 onion,
2-3 cloves of garlic,
6 eggs,
6 cherry tomatoes,
4 tablespoons vegetable oil
4 tablespoons finely chopped parsley.

Preparation:

Peeled potatoes cut into slices of 5 mm thickness.
In a pot of boiling water and put potatoes peas, bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for about 3 minutes. Drain.
In the frying pan, heat 2 tablespoons oil and sauté it in the finely chopped onion until transparent. Add the crushed garlic, sauté for 2-3 minutes and remove from heat.
In a bowl, beat the eggs with the parsley, add the diced ham, potatoes, peas and diced tomatoes into quarters.

Return the pan to the fire, pour the remaining oil, heat it and pour in the egg mixture.
Put the pan in a hot oven and bring to readiness.
As a filling you can use any vegetables, cheese and meat products.
