At the exit, I get a meat dish weighing one and a half kilograms and spend on it only 175 rubles. The minced meat and cabbage dish is very satisfying and this is enough for at least four adults. The recipe is very simple and takes very little time.
For cooking, I need:
Minced meat (you can take any) - 400 gr.
White cabbage - 800 gr.
Any cheese - 150 gr.
Cream (10% enough) - 400 ml.
Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
Pepper and salt to taste.

Cabbage - 24 rubles for 800 gr. (I bought cabbage at the market for 30 rubles. per 1 kg.)

Cream 10% - 54 rubles for 400 ml.

Step-by-step recipe for this dish:
First, I chop the cabbage and pour boiling water over it for 15 minutes. Then I drain the water, rinse the cabbage under cold running water and squeeze to get rid of the excess liquid.
I grease the form (where I will cook) with vegetable oil. I have a diameter of 26 cm. I spread half of the cabbage, level it and press it down with my hands.

Distribute all the minced meat evenly over the cabbage, then salt and pepper.
I spread the remaining cabbage, evenly distribute and press down with my hands. Sprinkle with cheese, which I grated on a fine grater. Pour in cream.
Advice: if there is no cream, you can use fat milk from 3.2% or regular milk, but add some sour cream to it.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and cook for 45 to 60 minutes. I usually need 45 minutes, but ovens are different. I cook until beautiful, golden brown.
I give the cabbage casserole with minced meat to cool a little and cut into portions.
