Let's get acquainted! My name is Anja and in May 2018 I went on about proper nutrition and caloric deficit.
In his blog, I talk about how is my weight loss process with 132.2 kg, share recipes and experiences.
At the present time I have been able to get rid of 45 kg.

From early morning I waited another checkweighing:

For breakfast sandwiches on whole grain rye bread home caviar carp (20 g) and crude (35 g).

Green tea with jasmine and vitamins for breakfast - without fail.

Even after the breakfast I ate a few cashew nuts (about 15 grams).

Just happened to breakfast 480 kcal.

I began to notice that just do not want to once-favorite black tea with sugar. But before so I did not like green tea. Yet the force of habit - works! It should steel himself and after a -That already get used to a new lifestyle and to certain products.

As always, Monday I daily household chores in the morning and work at the computer (if any) in the second.

During the break, I snack between household chores.

At snack was kiwi (120 g) and green tea with dried fruits (50 g).

Dried spaced out throughout the day with green tea, as well as 20 grams of rye bran.

Snack turned on 240 kcal.

For lunch I cooked barley with vegetables and chicken breast.

Portion barley (400 g) - 330 kcal. It was very tasty and satisfying.

I do not think that once I will be happy to have barley.

Dinner consisted of my salad: cucumber (150 g) and radish (60 g) charged 20 g of 10% cream. Plus 80 grams of chicken breast fried in a nonstick frying pan.

Dinner came to 200 kcal.

Total for the day I got 1250 kcal.

Water rate (30 ml per kilogram of body weight) is drunk.
