Products:

Green tea - 280 ml.

Orange juice - 50 ml.

Ripe banana - 200 gr.

Honey - 1 tsp

1. You need to brew green tea. Anyone you like will do. We are waiting for the tea to cool down to room temperature.

By the way, tea can be brewed in the evening, then it will take a few minutes to prepare breakfast.

2. Pour tea into the blender bowl, add honey, orange juice. We break the banana into pieces and also send it to the blender bowl.

Recommendation: you can take any juice, even lemon. I squeezed the juice out of the orange.
