How to clean squid properly:

The most important thing in squid cleaning is to hook the transparent film and then you will clean the squid carcass in seconds. Usually everyone removes this film after cooking, but this is a big mistake.

Do not forget to take out the insides, as well as the plate.

How to cook squid:
