1. The potatoes must be washed, peeled and chopped randomly. Just not very subtle.
2. Add the onion, cut into half rings and grated carrots to the Potatoes. Then add spices, salt and finely grate the tomato. It will add juiciness to the potatoes. (I have a frozen tomato).
Add another 1 tbsp. oil (I have olive) and mix well.
3. Put the potatoes in a baking sleeve, make several holes on top with a toothpick or knife.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and cook for about an hour and a half. In 15 minutes we take out the potatoes and cut the sleeve, back into the oven. Let the potatoes brown.
