Today I will share a cool recipe for delicious lean, and most importantly, hearty cutlets. The recipe is really simple and, perhaps, many people know it. To prepare such cutlets, you do not need a lot of products, and it does not take much time.
So let's get started. Mushrooms are one of the main, but not the main ingredients, I took regular mushrooms.
I cut the onion and send it to a preheated pan, lightly fry in vegetable oil. I cut the mushrooms into small cubes and also fry with the onions until tender. I also add garlic, 2-3 cloves.
While the mushrooms and onions are spending time in the pan, you need to boil the lentils. I have red, I cooked it according to the instructions on the package. Champignons in combination with lentils, neutral in taste, are a very interesting combination.
I combine lentils and mushrooms in one bowl and gradually add homemade rusks crushed into crumbs using a blender to them.
The amount of bread crumbs needs to be adjusted, this time I took 4 tablespoons. The mass should keep its shape well.
Now, from the resulting mass, you need to form cutlets of a convenient size for you.
I roll them in the same homemade breadcrumbs and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown, it takes 3-5 minutes.
